These Potato and Rosemary taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are hand made using olive oil and durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in protein and fibre. This combination - goodness of crumbly tarallo and aromatic flavour of potato infused with rosemary - is a real delight!
Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (36%), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (27.7%), Apulian white wine (16%) (sulfates), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), rosemary (1%), potatoes (potatoes, antioxidant, rosemary extract) (1%) fresh yeast (0.06%).
