Our Philosophy
Our Philosophy is very simple: bringing the very best products from Puglia to your table.
We have carefully selected a range of traditional Puglia products made using high quality local ingredients.
 
Our Story:
We are three individuals connected by the love and appreciation of Puglia beauty and flavors. While we come from different backgrounds – two of us knowing the land and tradition from the early days and the other one only beginning to explore – we all agree that it is an exceptional place and a gem that is yet to be discovered by many.  
After living in UK for close to 10 years, we have noticed that it is not so easy to find artisan Puglia food and wine. 
We felt we have to fill this gap and provide the extraordinary products of this land to those living away from Puglia who so dearly miss them and those who are looking to discover the greatness that the region has to offer.
 
Our Mission:
Our mission is to source traditional Puglia food and wine made by small and medium producers. We believe that our products should contain natural ingredients and no unnecessary additives. 
After several trips to Puglia, lots of research for potential suppliers, many tastings at the farms and the wineries we have carefully selected only outstanding quality products and producers.
 
Simple and Traditional:
Our suppliers keep the tradition of making goods only with natural, local ingredients and follow the methods used in the past with little to no intervention of the machinery. Grapes are manually selected to make the best wine; the taralli and pasta are made from local wheat such as Senatore Cappelli (the ancestor of modern durum wheat, containing more protein and full of buttery flavor); the extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed following the old way to obtain it through a stone press.
