These fennel taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are a classic of the Apulian bakery tradition. They are hand made using olive oil and durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in protein and fibre. So delicious, light and difficult to resist!

Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (51%), Apulian white wine (16%)(sulfates), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (12.7%), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), wild fennel seeds (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
