These onion taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are filled with a strong, full-bodied flavour. They are hand made using olive oil and durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in protein and fibre. These savoury taralli are for the true gourmets and demanding palates. 

Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (51%), Apulian white wine (16%)(sulfates), whole wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (12.7%), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), sliced onion (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
