Taralli - a traditional and versatile Puglia bakery product that can be used as a snack, as an appetizer or a part of a meal. 

These taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are a combination of sweet and savoury. With the crunchiness of almond and crumbliness of taralli it simply leads one to another! Hand made using durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in minerals, vitamins, protein and fibre.

Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (51%), Apulian white wine (16%) (sulfates), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (12.7%), Apulian almonds (10%), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
