'Taralli alle Olive' - with olives and semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' 280 g

Taralli - a traditional and versatile Puglia bakery product that can be used as a snack, as an appetizer or a part of a meal. 

These olive taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are a great representation of the traditional Apulian flavours: extra virgin olive oil, white wine and olives. They are hand made using olive oil and durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in protein and fibre. 

Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (51%), Apulian white wine (16%)(sulfates), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (12.7%),  olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), black olives (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
